Baumaniere les Baux de Provence is a Family owned Relais et Chateaux 5 star and 3 keys Michelin hotel with two restaurants and a spa. The hotel has 53 bedrooms spread across 5 different buildings, all of our rooms have different decoration from modern and luminous to comfy and fresh with small openings, and fresh atmosphere.

    Our Commitment to Sustainability:

    • Baumanière is a pioneer in terms of sustainability, with the creation of one the first vegetarian gourmet menu in 1987 : « Le Menu Légumes ». In 2020, l'Oustau de Baumanière*** was one of the first restaurants to receive the Michelin Green Star, and in 2023, our gastronomic restaurant La Cabro d'Or was awarded the independent "Green Food" label.
    • For every reservation made on our partner reservation platform "Guestonline", €1 is donated to charities around the world.
    • The Domaine de Baumanière covers 20 hectares and has 3 Ecocert vegetable gardens, whose vegetables are served to guests at the tables of our two gourmet restaurants. Goats, chickens and pigs have their own place at Baumanière, and we feed them our organic waste, when we're not using it to make compost for our future plantations.
    • Baumanière vehicles and the hotel's shuttles are electrically powered, and charging stations allow guests to recharge their electric cars in our various parking lots.
    • Guests can download their room cards onto our Baumanière app to avoid using plastic cards.
    • Shampoo and shower gel are in large format to avoid small plastic packaging.
